Emigration Canyon residents, it's that time again! The upcoming municipal election will be held in November 2025, and we are now accepting candidates for the following positions:
Mayor – At Large (Four-year term)
One (1) Council Member – At Large (Four-year term)
If you're interested in running for one of these positions, here are the key details:
Filing Dates for Declaration of Candidacy:
June 1 - June 7, 2025
Please note that Declarations of Candidacy Forms or Nomination Petitions cannot be submitted electronically. They must be filed in person with the Salt Lake County Clerk’s Office.

Hours:Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
