Snow Removal
Snow Removal

When clearing snow from your property, please remember:

  • Do not shovel snow into the street. Instead, direct it to your landscaped areas to help maintain clear roadways.

  • Parked vehicles on the street can block snowplows, preventing proper snow removal.

  • Let's work together to create a safer community by helping each other when needed.

If you have any questions, please reach out to Alicia Gonzalez, Code Enforcement, at (385) 222-0405.

14.20.105 Placing Snow Upon Highway Prohibited

It is unlawful to remove snow, ice, or other materials from your sidewalk or driveway and deposit them onto county roads or highways in a way that obstructs travel, interferes with the road’s use, or poses a risk to property or individuals. (Ord. 1097 § 1, 1990)
